Over the past 20+ years, Pat has enjoyed being a technologist, salesman, marketer, and executive leader. Building on his early experiences executing custom commerce solutions, Pat has worked with various commerce platforms and clients. Pat’s education and technical background provide the foundation and passion that he has for helping clients and their customers. He currently leads an organization of world-class employees implementing the future of digital commerce and experience.
Saraha has 24 years progressive experience in business management, leadership, and problem solving as a member of the United States Air Force and as an Agile Leader. Focused currently as a leader in organizational strategy, delivery, and agile transformation, she enables enterprises to streamline existing processes to accelerate digital transformation and drive business value.
Specialized in Digital Transformation, her passionate background for agile evolution is evident through her proven approach and robust, tactical strategy – combined with a culture of collaboration- to enterprises such as Southwest Airlines, Toyota, Boeing, Match.com, CenturyLink Cloud, Accenture P&C, and Duck Creek Technologies. Saraha is a 6-year Air Force Veteran, which she credits with ingraining her values, work ethic and drive for client success.
Ryan’s client relationship and delivery experience is grounded in over 2 decades of driving impactful outcomes for an array of Fortune 500 companies.
Over the course of his career, Ryan has navigated and unraveled complex digital challenges, consistently providing innovative solutions that resonate with the rapidly evolving needs of the digital era. His holistic understanding of the digital landscape enables him to serve as a trusted advisor capable of influencing meaningful change.
Ryan’s commitment to transparency fosters collaboration, enabling productive partnerships and informed decision-making. Furthermore, Ryan’s ability to understand the nuances of organizational goals guides the design and delivery of programs that provide true business value.
In his role as the Chief Growth Officer at TMG, Ryan will leverage his expertise to help shape transformative ecommerce, content, and creative experiences that enhance the user’s journey.
Ryan joined TMG from Hero Digital and prior to that he was the Chief Growth Officer of Gorilla Group (a Wunderman Thompson Company) for 6 years. Ryan has an Engineering degree with minors in Business, Marketing and Supply Chain Management from Michigan State University.
Paul is an experienced technology leader with over 23 years of industry experience in the commerce space. He comes from an engineering background, and squarely maintains his view on the technical needs of the organization for the work they do today and what is on the horizon strategically.
He has extensive experience in management and consulting, working with customers across a variety of industries to deliver complex commerce projects. Throughout his career, he has seen projects succeed and fail. He strives to help customers and delivery teams navigate pitfalls and ensure they achieve high quality and successful outcomes.
Paul loves working with customers and is committed to building strong and enduring relationships with them. He feels it is critical to maintain a position as a reliable and trusted partner in all engagements.
Building and mentoring strong and dedicated teams is also a top priority for Paul. He values and fosters a culture where everyone feels empowered to contribute their best work. It is also essential to enable technology professionals with the tools and processes they need.
Paul McAleer is the SVP of Experience at TMG. Paul is an award-winning leader in the digital customer experience space, a recognized repeat speaker at conferences including SXSW, and a change agent who helps organizations achieve audacious goals through thoughtful, beautiful experiences. Paul established and successfully scaled the content strategy practice at Bounteous, a national digital agency; and, the work they led for 3M’s intranet while at Rightpoint was recognized as a 10 Best Intranet in 2019 by Nielsen/Norman Group. Other notable clients include JPMorgan Chase, GE Digital, J.R. Simplot, Orbitz, Expedia, and UnitedHealthcare. In addition, Paul is a fierce advocate for diversity in the digital experience field; Paul co-created the Diversity & Inclusion practice at Rightpoint, and nurtured the development of ERGs at Bounteous.Paul is a lauded speaker and author. They’ve taken the stage for repeat performances at SXSW Interactive and WebVisions, and was a featured speaker at Design & Content, World IA Day Chicago, and CreativeMornings Denver. Paul was also the organizer for World IA Day Denver in 2019 and 2020. Paul’s thought leadership has been featured in Canvas8’s annual Consumer Trends Expert Outlook and the digital publication UX Matters. A graduate of Columbia College Chicago, Paul resides in Colorado.
Thomas McNally is an accomplished e-commerce technology consultant with over a decade of experience, specializing in SAP Commerce & Adobe Experience Manager, along with WordPress. He has worked through implementations spanning both from scratch, and existing, for multiple Fortune 500 companies. His enthusiasm for programming, coupled with a dedication to stay current with emerging technologies, has allowed him to become a subject matter expert across multiple fields. Through his hands-on approach, Thomas has developed a deep understanding of the architectural approaches employed by various technology platforms, empowering him to create tailored solutions for clients that cater to their current needs and scale easily to their future needs.
Thomas is committed to fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing to deliver maximum value to his clients. One of his primary objectives within TMG is to streamline and enhance the solution development process by unifying architectural knowledge and encouraging collaboration across our accounts. By creating an ever growing comprehensive solution “handbook,” Thomas aims to help his teams swiftly apply lessons learned for new clients and uphold the quality standards put forth by TMG as a Strategic Partner for its clients.
Throughout his career, Thomas has held a position at each step within the Solutions Architectural career path. As a Technical Consultant at Accenture, he honed his skills in a large organization with mature processes and gained valuable experience working with global development resources across multiple time zones. This role also helped him develop strong client-facing skills, bridging the gap between technical and business team members.
Previously, Thomas worked as a Junior Developer at Acquity Group. In this role, he was part of a close-knit delivery team that focused on development within the early versions of SAP Commerce, and formerly known at that time as Hybris.
Thomas’s commitment to continuous learning and skill development is further demonstrated by his execution with his personal projects where he has published several applications within the iOS App Store and Google Play store.
Thomas is a seasoned e-commerce technology consultant who brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the table. With a strong commitment to collaboration, continuous learning, and delivering tailored solutions for clients, Thomas is a valuable asset in the rapidly evolving world of e-commerce technology, ensuring clients receive unparalleled value and support as they navigate the challenges of digital commerce in today’s online world.
Tom has 10 years of experience leading corporate finance, accounting, treasury, tax, audit, and investor relation functions for enterprise businesses. He excels as a key resource to executive leadership to communicate financial updates and drive execution of strategic initiatives, corporate development, fundraising, and GTM strategy across businesses. He’s known for distilling big picture problems towards focused, actionable solutions, driving business transformation within finance department to implement efficiencies and cost savings, and serving as trusted thought partner to executive leadership for insights, analysis and input on strategic goals.
Tara Shelley, SHRM-SCP, brings more than 13 years of human resources, recruitment and talent expertise to her role as VP of People and Culture at TMG. She has spent her entire career working with and building technology-focused organizations, including 6 years in consulting. Tara has honed her craft across diverse landscapes, from private enterprises to the public sector and venture capital-funded startups supporting global teams. Renowned for her collaborative leadership style, Tara specializes in scaling high-growth companies and guiding them through periods of transformation and change. Her strategic acumen, coupled with her innate ability to understand the human element within organizations, enables her to cultivate high-performing teams.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Tara is deeply passionate about technology, data, people, and her beloved dog. Her genuine care for the well-being of her colleagues reflects her holistic approach to leadership and her commitment to creating environments where individuals feel valued, supported, and empowered to reach their full potential. Tara embodies a modern HR executive who seamlessly integrates empathy with strategic foresight to cultivate thriving workplaces. Romina is an engineering manager specialized in ecommerce and agile environments of development, working with a variety of distributed teams around the world. She has been part of the technical and strategic growth for amazing products, customers and implementations. Romina leads engineering for TMG’s LATAM teams, providing strong guidance and support across multiple projects.
Her technical background and soft skills have been crucial while guiding multi-cultural team members to generate ideas and create solutions to support client expectations and needs. With huge focus on agile and quality, Romina has coached multiple teams at the same time, making them commit their goals and succeed.
Her major strengths are fast learning, proactivity, results-oriented, creativity, multitasking, transparency, and dedication.
Jenn is a veteran marketer, working in the B2B technology space for more than 14 years. With expert insight into the unique scenarios that surface in the B2B SaaS world, her wide range of skills in her marketing tool kit have elevated brands and thought leaders across industries. Her commitment to testing, creativity, and the power of storytelling have propelled her upward and throughout her career, including time at CITYTECH, ICF, Homebound, and Mode Analytics, and previously in her schooling at Boston University. Jenn spends her free time in the city of Chicago, designing interiors and being active.
