Paul McAleer

Head of Experience

Paul McAleer is the Head of Experience at TMG. Paul is an award-winning leader in the digital customer experience space, a recognized repeat speaker at conferences including SXSW, and a change agent who helps organizations achieve audacious goals through thoughtful, beautiful experiences. Paul established and successfully scaled the content strategy practice at Bounteous, a national digital agency; and, the work they led for 3M’s intranet while at Rightpoint was recognized as a 10 Best Intranet in 2019 by Nielsen/Norman Group. Other notable clients include JPMorgan Chase, GE Digital, J.R. Simplot, Orbitz, Expedia, and UnitedHealthcare. In addition, Paul is a fierce advocate for diversity in the digital experience field; Paul co-created the Diversity & Inclusion practice at Rightpoint, and nurtured the development of ERGs at Bounteous.Paul is a lauded speaker and author. They’ve taken the stage for repeat performances at SXSW Interactive and WebVisions, and was a featured speaker at Design & Content, World IA Day Chicago, and CreativeMornings Denver. Paul was also the organizer for World IA Day Denver in 2019 and 2020. Paul’s thought leadership has been featured in Canvas8’s annual Consumer Trends Expert Outlook and the digital publication UX Matters. A graduate of Columbia College Chicago, Paul resides in Colorado.
